  1. Poner en un cazo agua a hervir y cocer los huevos. Trocear la cebolla, pochar en una sartén con un poco de aceite, lavar y trocear el calabacín añadir a la sartén y cuando esté sofrito, añadir los guisantes (yo pongo pocos) y la carne picada, salpimentar al gusto y cocinar. Precalentar el horno a 220 grados por arriba y por abajo
  2. Una vez cocinados los ingredientes, procedemos a verterlos en una de las masas de hojaldre, que previamente habremos dejado descongelando a temperatura ambiente (según instrucciones) y habremos colocado la lámina en la bandeja del horno con el papel específico para hornear.
  3. Quitarle la cáscara a los huevos, trocear y repartir por el preparado que ya está en una de las masas de hojaldre. Lo mismo haremos con el queso de cabra, poner tanto como os guste!
  4. Procedemos a tapar la empanada con la otra lámina de hojaldre, sellar las juntas con un tenedor o bien con los dedos (yo lo hago con los dedos). Opcional: batir un huevo y pincelarlo sobre la empanada (yo no lo suelo hacer). Introducir en el horno y hornear durante 10-12 minutos (según hornos) y hornear 3-5 minutos solo por la parte superior.
  5. Una vez pasado el tiempo de horneado yo suelo dejarla reposar dentro del horno apagado durante unos 10 minutos, pasado este tiempo, sacar del horno y ya está listo para comer!! Está muy rica tanto caliente como fría. Espero que os guste!!!!
