  11. Con un papel de hornear y una bandeja de horno le daremos la vuelta para que el sellado quede hacia abajo, la parte del centro del círculo le haremos unos cortes haciendo forma de 6 triángulos
  12. Humedecemos con una brochita con agua justo donde va a caer cada triángulo hacia atrás para que se sellen
  13. Dejamos reposar media hora, pintamos cada triángulo con un poquito de agua y azúcar y le espolvoreamos las semillas de amapola, el resto lo pintamos con huevo y horneamos a 180 grados por 25 minutos
