  16. 1/2 lb yuca cortada en trozos pequeños
  17. 2 mazorcas de maíz, cortadas en rebanadas

  1. Corta las carne en trozos pequeños. Unta la carne con el jugo de 2 limones (excepto la longaniza).
  2. Coloca la carne de res en un recipiente profundo y agrega el cilantro, orégano, ajo y ½ cucharadita de sal.

  6. Ralla el plátano restante y agrega también. Agrega los ingredientes restantes (excepto la sal) y cuece hasta
    que estén cocidos. Remueve frecuentemente para evitar que se pegue al fondo.
  7. Sazona con sal al gusto. Sirve con arroz blanco, y acompaña con agrio de naranja si lo deseas.
