- 350 gr garbanzos cocidos
- 90 g lentejas secas remojadas
- 6 tomates maduros
- 1/4 taza fideos
- 1/2 calabacín
- 1/2 nabo
- 2 zanahorias
- 1 cebolla
- 500 g carne de cordero cortada en dados pequeños
- 2 ramas perejil fresco picado
- 2 ramas cilantro picado
- 1 cucharada jengibre fresco rallado
- 1 hoja laurel
- 1 cucharadita cominos
- 1 cucharadita pimentón dulce
- 1 cucharadita cúrcuma
- caldo de verduras
- agua
- aceite de oliva virgen extra
- sal y pimienta

- Lo primero que hacemos es poner en remojo las lentejas durante toda la noche.
- Luego Ponemos las lentejas escurridas en una olla a presión con media cebolla y la hoja el laurel. Cubriremos con el caldo y 1 taza de agua y lo llevaremos a fuego sin tapar.
- Aparte limpiamos la carne de cordero y salteamos en una sartén con una cucharada de aceite de oliva hasta que adquiera tonalidades ligeramente doradas. Una vez listo lo agregamos en las lentejas Ponemos a cocer en la olla a presión durante 20 minutos.
- Mientras tanto lavamos y picamos en cubos pequeños las verduras(calabacín, nabo zanahoria, cebolla, tomates) y en la misma sartén donde doramos el cordero ponemos una cucharada de aceite y sofreímos la cebolla, ponemos sal y pimienta a gusto, luego agregar la zanahoria, nabo, calabacín y por último el tomate mezclamos bien. Dejamos 2 minutos y luego lo echamos a la olla donde tenemos las lentejas y el cordero.
- A gregamos el perejil y cilantro picado y las especias(comino, pimento, comino y cúrcuma y el jengibre) probamos de nuevo de sal y coceremos por 10 minutos más en la olla. Pasado estos 10 minutos ponemos los garbanzos cocidos y los fideos dejas unos 7 minutos más. y Listo
- Se sirve con el cilantro fresco y el perejil mezclados por encima
