- Pones en el vaso de la licuadora los chiles y tomates con el vinagre... y yo, al asado no le quito la cáscara y así sabe más rico. Lo licúo a que quede bien molido, y no lo cuelo. A mi me gusta que se vaya con toda la fibrita. Sin olvidarnos de la carne.
- Las papas se pican en cubos o de la manera que elijas, y se agregan a la cacerola de la carne. Se dejan por unos 5 minutos y se agrega la salsa, se sube un poco más la temperatura hasta reducir la salsa y se apaga.
- El vinagre de jalapeño le da un toque muy especial y si no puedes comer papas por que estés en dieta, puedes agregar chayote y sabrá también muy rico.
