  1. 1 lbr de posta o lomo de res
  2. Vinagre de arroz (o de manzana)
  3. Salsa de soya (cantidad necesaria)
  4. 2 cdas fécula de maíz (maicena)
  5. 5 dientes ajo
  6. 1 chile jalapeño (o más, al gusto)
  7. 1 pimiento verde
  8. 1 cebolla
  9. Cebollín
  10. 1 trozo pequeño de zanahoria
  11. 7 cdas Aceite
  12. Salsa hoisin
  13. Sino encuentran la salsa, se puede hacer casera:
  14. 5 cdas salsa de soja
  15. 1 diente ajo
  16. 1 cda repleta de miel
  17. al gusto Pimienta negra molida
  18. 1 cda mantequilla de maní o mantequilla normal
  19. 3 cdas vinagre de manzana
  20. 1 cda salsa perrins (o inglesa)
  21. Pizca jengibre rallado

Instructions to make to make Mongolian beef

  1. Cortar la carne en tiras largas y luego a la mitad, de modo que queden trozos largos, preparar un poco de salsa de soya, vinagre y la dos cda de maicena, mezclar todo para que se integre, agregar esta mezcla a la carne y dejar reposar en el refri por unos 15-20 min
  2. Cortar la cebolla, cebollín y el pimiento en cubos pequeños, cortar la zanahoria en láminas muy finas, reservar en un recipiente, cortar el ajo finamente y el chile, reservar. Poner a calentar las 5 cdas de aceite, retirar la carne del refri y escurrir el marinado, poner a sofreír la carne para que dore un poco, por unos 5 minutos
  3. Retirar la carne de la sartén, agregar las 2 cdas restantes de aceite y sofreír el ajo con el chile (debe quedar picante, en la foto se ve poco porque soy alérgica al chile), agregarle los vegetales, mezclar y sofreír por unos 10 min para que suavicen, agregarles nuevamente la carne y mezclar
  4. Agregar un poco de salsa de soya al gusto (unas 4 cdas), agregarle la salsa hoisin (2-3 cdas), con esto bastara para dar el sabor, remover para que se integren, cocinar unos 2-3 min más y retirar.
  5. Para la salsa, rallar o macerar el ajo, agregar todos los ingredientes y mezclar bien para que se integren, de modo que quede una especie de pasta, refrigerar por 1 hora y estará lista para usar.
