  6. Poner en la olla de presión agua abundante que pueda cubrir el rollo de carne. Ponerle el clavo de olor, en cuanto comience a hervir, poner la carne, poner presión durante 45 minutos
  7. Sacar cuando esté, dejar enfriar, desenvolver y llevar al refri. Una vez completamente frío, cortar y acompañar
