Colocamos una bolita de masa en nuestra mesa con un poco de harina y extendemos para formar un circulo medianito y delgado ponemos un poco de mezcla en el centro y debemos de formar un triangulo cerrando los bordes del circulo muy importante dejando que se vea el relleno, así lo hacemos hasta acabar con la masa y el relleno.
  4. Colocamos los fatay sobre una placa ligeramente aceitada, pásales un poco de aceite con un pincel y cocínalos en el horno a 200°C, durante 10 minutos.
