- Se pone a calentar el aceite
- Huevo: Con mucho cuidado se separan las claras y las yemas. Se baten las claras a punto de nieve y luego se añaden las yemas
- Se meten los Chiles en el capeado y con mucho cuidado se ponen a freír
- Preparación de la crema: media barra Philadelphia, tres cucharadas pequeñas de Crema. media taza de leche, media taza de nuez. Se muelen
