- Los tomates los sazonamos con un punto de sal y pimienta recién molida. Al final lo rociamos con unas gotas de vinagre blanco y aceite de oliva. La Lechuga lavada y seca cortada de tiras hanchas.
- Los panes los calentamos en el horno a 100°C por un par de minutos, apagamos y dejamos dentro del horno para mantenerlos calientes
- Una vez esté la carne, procedemos armar la presentación del emparedado. Un pan le untamos mantequilla, y encima acomodamos la lechuga y la carne. El segundo pan le untamos mayonesa y encima acomodamos los tomates y a estos le damos la salsa de mostaza.
- Al tercer pan le untamos mantequilla y salsa tártara, encima la segunda carne, los pepinillos y la salsa ketchup. Listo.
