  2. 7 Especies Libanesas -Si no las conocen son muy fáciles de preparar se ponen cantidades iguales de: pimienta negra, canela en polvo, clavo en polvo, nuez moscada, cilantro en polvo -éstas son las básicas pero llevan dos más que pueden variar ocasionalmente: pimienta de cayena y jengibre; en ocasiones puede ser comino o cardamomo.
  3. Colocamos la carne así preparada en un refractario y la extendemos y encima colocamos una papa pelada cortada en rebanadas delgadas, le ponemos sal y encima ponemos unas rodajas de jitomate con sal.

    En media taza de agua caliente disolvemos dos cucharadas de puré concentrado de tomate y la repartimos por encima y metemos al horno a 220 ºc aproximadamente una hora o una hora y media.
