- En un bol colocamos la carne con el cilantro, ajo, sal, pimienta y comenzamos a integrar todo

- Ponemos una sartén a fuego medio, agregamos aceite y freímos hasta que estén dorados por ambas partes
- Ya que tengamos lista la carne, cocinaremos el tocino
- En otra sartén agregamos aceite y los champiñones proseguimos a saltear
- Una vez listo lo demás, gratinaremos el queso juntos con la carne, cortamos los panes le ponemos lechuga y encima la carne, tocino y el salteado de champiñones
